About Us

Who is EMRT?

OUR STORY

EMRT Engineering Services was established on August 1, 2023, with a clear purpose: to provide technically sound, reliable, and practical refrigeration and cooling solutions for industrial and commercial applications.

Founded by Engr. Mary-Ann Tinamisan, a registered mechanical engineer with 4 years of hands-on experience in industrial refrigeration, EMRT was built on practical project experience and a strong understanding of refrigeration systems and their role in critical operations.

Today, EMRT provides engineering and technical services across industrial and commercial refrigeration, chillers, glycol cooling systems, cold storage, process cooling, industrial air conditioning, equipment servicing, preventive maintenance, system upgrades, and technical assessments.

OUR APPROACH

EMRT combines engineering expertise with practical field experience to deliver solutions across the refrigeration system lifecycle.

UNDERSTAND THE APPLICATION.

We define what the system is cooling, at what temperature and tolerance, and under what production conditions.

DELIVER WITH PRECISION.

Uses standardized procedures and exact specifications to ensure consistent, high-quality results regardless of which technician performs the work

SUPPORT THE SYSTEM.

Taking a holistic, lifecycle-based engineering approach to maintain maximum system reliability, continuous operational uptime, and long-term energy efficiency after installation or initial repair.

Have questions about optimizing your plant’s cooling efficiency, scheduling preventive maintenance, or requesting a technical audit? Our licensed mechanical engineers believe in full operational transparency. Browse our frequently asked questions below to learn more about our service workflows, emergency response timelines, and system capabilities.

Our technical audit evaluates the total health and efficiency of your industrial cooling system. It includes a thorough evaluation of compressor performance, thermal load calculations, operating temperature and pressure balances, energy efficiency metrics, leak testing, and safety controls. Following the site visit, you will receive a detailed engineering report highlighting energy waste, operational bottlenecks, and prioritized corrective actions.

Yes. We understand that unplanned downtime halts production and impacts profitability. Our engineering and service team works around your operational schedule—including night shifts, weekends, or planned plant shutdowns—to complete overhauls, coil cleaning, or system servicing with zero interruption to your primary operations.

Project timelines depend on system complexity and required parts. Standard preventive maintenance or routine servicing is typically completed within 1 to 2 business days. Major compressor overhauls or system commissioning projects generally require 3 to 7 business days, following a precise timeline agreed upon during our initial site assessment.
